Toppers for camping

Does anyone know of a good thread with lots of pics or builds of toppers setup for camping. I've found a couple pictures but no real good build threads. I've searched quite a bit but still haven't found any good threads on this topic.
I think I've decided to go this route.

Looks like you're going to have the truck for a while.

Below is a concept I put together about a year ago. I was sourcing parts and materials and it was all coming together nicely until my wife sprung for a pop-up camper. She decided the RTT and slide out cabinets were too much work with the 2 foot tall hurricane (blue jacket).

There are several really good examples on ExPo but more often than not, inspiration seems to be drawn from Bajataco’s iconic example. Chris settled on his basic configuration a decade or so ago and it translates today as well as it always has. I attached three of my favorite links for toppers.

Those are great links, thanks!!!

I scored a nice ARE topper at the local Pick-A-Part today for $85! :wings:

Can't wait to get it painted and start on the platform.

I made my sleeping platform today. Kept it simple but functional.

It hinges in the middle to make it easy to remove and install. Just fold it up into a "V" and it pulls right out. Once the plywood is out, I can lift the lower frame out.

Now I need to find some shallow/long tubs to go underneath.
