Trailer wheels on car

If the bolt pattern is the same and I get hubcentric rings. Is there anything that would cause concern putting these rims on a jeep patriot? Raceline trailer wheels. 15 x 6. 5x 4.5. 0mm offset.

Most offroad style rims are fairly wide and heavy and won't fit without a lot of trimming in the fenders. Also these are significantly cheaper. Check these out as an example.
