Using your own factory rods to lift your LR3/4 etc.

Hey folks.

I did a video that explains exactly what I did to achieve a lift using the above method and no it doesn't mean just adjusting calibrations with a GAP tool.

I would not suggest this method unless you completely understand the EAS AND have a GAP tool or similar that can adjust EAS settings.

definitely simpler than lifting a Jeep
agree but we only use the Johnson Rods as a temporary lift. This was done on mine to see approximately what was required to fit on 34" tires. My GF is running 33's on hers but we have SYA spacers on top of her Arnotts so they dont stress the bags too much on extended height. This is the more 'proper' way to lift.
