Why the shorter pedals? Difference between a truck and van? Will that screw up the leverage ratio?

Hahah no man you are good. Yes they are pedals out fo a truck so they were way longer. We have all the Ratios figured out and fixed took a while but we did it.

Small things:
Bed is here yay. Needs some love has a little rust and dents but for $315 not to bad.
Started working on my dog box. What what I can tell if you had a 92-96 van the Auto to man swap would be easier. The dog box is way better for it. I have a 96 parts van so I cut a couple things out and will try and make mine and some parts from the parts van work.
