That's amazing to me.
My brakes pulsate at times....No rime nor reason. I need to bleed them maybe.

Also make sure the pins that the calipers slide on are clean, properly lubed and the boots are in good condition. Personally, I only use Ford’s silicone on those sliding pins as I find it it doesn’t break down and make them stick, nor does it deteriorate the rubber boots.

Last weekends winter camp!! Little buddy heater with top down stayed 60* inside on low!!!

I'm always amazed where this heavy 2wd van will go!!!

Finnaly tracked down my dome light issues!!

The fuse would randomly blow then I couldn't get the lights to turn off...after 3 attempts to diagnose a nicked wire or a bad door sensor. I started pulling wiring out and looking at it..

The 4ft section from the side door under the passenger door looked odd and I found it fused together...

While we were at it we added some more lighting to the walls.

Also picked up a new to us JKU for off-road and reducing miles on the van..its nice..6spd hard top..but the Yolansa is still my baby!!

You might want to call Quigley.....back in the day they had a propriatery adapter to fit the standard 2wd E4OD (simply removed tail housing) and put the adapter in and bolt to a Borg Warner.....drive shafts may need to special length, but would have been custom for you anyhow. I just got a 1990 with an E4OD. ...and we spoke about the build sheet and that adapter. Ask for Sabrina at Quigley. Part numbers may be QTTX-891 (extension housing) and QMD-4130678 (gasket).

I saw your post on where a two wheel drive can go.....I have tire chains, tire cables, and emergency chains for nearly all vehicles here that we own (forklifts, tractors, trucks, cars, vans,) Chains can make 2x go just about as well as 4x and either one , get you out of an emergency.

Well ran across a fantastic price on some DUBS with decent 33s on them..Lexani chrome rims (3500lb load rated)

They will look AWSOME...but I gotta put wheel spacers on the back as the 12in wide rims rub the inner fender and are super close to the leaf springs...

So it will have to wait a few days...

Oh...and my Twin brother got me a new coffee mug for Christmas!! Southern Comfort tastes good inside it!!!

Shot caller...baller...20” blades on the eco line...

Need the rear spacers to get it wide and not let those 12in treads rub the inner fenders.
Then I can trim front door side fenders...

Jumped from 30.5x9 to 32.5x12 and I can already tell the steering is more responsive with less sidewall!!

Wheels make the ride..shes on 33s vs 30..12in wide vs 9...and no more narrower track rear axle..shes square..wide and sexy!!

My buddy came over to help me (I had 2nd hernia surgery Friday and wife threatened to kick me in the 29 staples if I do anything this time while I heal)

Yolanda needed 2in rear spacers on to keep the wide slicks from rubbing the springs and inner wheel well (Also ford van rear axles are 2in narrower stock. It makes them turn tighter at low speed but the need more corrective steering on the road. The widening of the rear axle makes them drive better less driver effort)

(880s front springs complete f350 rear spring packs with bushing eyes cut off added to factory E350 main leaf spring (6 leads total). 2in front lift 4in rear lift. Fox 2.0 all 4 corners)

Do you have more details on the leaf pack change? I have been thinking about doing the same thing for a while but have not gotten around to looking into it.

Cool build. What happened to the retro 90's rims? I knew a guy in HS who had those on a 2nd get Yota pickup customized to the hilt.
